About the Florida Republic

Restoring Lawful Self-Governance — One County at a Time

The Florida Republic is not a political party, a protest movement, or a fringe group. It is the lawful, de jure government of the people of Florida — operating under the original organic laws of America and the common law, exactly as the Founders intended.

Most Americans have never been taught that there is a fundamental difference between a U.S. citizen and an American national, or that county assemblies — not federal agencies — are the foundational unit of lawful self-governance. The corporate STATE OF FLORIDA and the federal government are service corporations, not sovereigns. The sovereign power has always resided with the people.

Florida has 67 counties. The goal is to seat a functioning Assembly in every one of them — populated by informed, active American nationals who know their rights, their history, and their responsibilities. When enough counties are organized, the Florida Republic can operate as a fully functioning parallel government, ready to step in the moment it is needed.

Who This Is For

New Members

You've heard about the Florida Republic — maybe from a friend, maybe from your own research — and you want to understand what it is before committing to anything. Start at Newby's Corner. It covers the essential concepts, answers the most common questions, and gives you a clear checklist of first steps. It takes a few hours and changes everything.

Active Members

You've registered, been approved, and are working through your training — or you're already attending county assemblies and participating in governance. Your tools are in the Member Area: county dashboards, the forum, the document library, the Patriot Academy, and your county organizer's contact information.

What the Site Offers

FlaRepublic.us is built around four pillars — everything a member needs from first contact to active participation.

📚

Education

Newby's Corner, Fast Track, the Patriot Academy, and a full courses system walk members from zero to capable in a structured progression. The curriculum was developed by Jim Costa — a CPA and paralegal with over 12 years of experience organizing Florida counties. It takes a few hours. The knowledge lasts a lifetime.

🏛️

Community

County assemblies across all 67 Florida counties, a members-only forum, county-specific hubs, focus groups, and organizer dashboards. This is what turns learning into participation. The social layer is what makes this a movement and not just a website.

📄

Resources

59+ foundational documents, the Florida Constitution, a personality profile tool, and an organizer toolkit. These are the reference materials members return to repeatedly — the legal and historical foundation for everything the Florida Republic does.

⚖️

Governance Infrastructure

County tracking, organizer management, member approval workflows, and political status correction guidance. This is what makes FlaRepublic.us an operational platform rather than just an information site — the tools needed to actually run a functioning assembly.

The Member Journey

Every member follows the same arc — from curious newcomer to active participant in lawful self-governance.
